At Sigrut farms international, safety is everyone’s responsibility. Today’s industry is very competitive, the innovation in technology processes has brought about an increased concern for Environmental, Health, and Safety issues facing the business community. Because of these issues, the Sigrut team has made a commitment to EHS by moving from complying with reactionary moves to proactive moves through the development of a central strategic management plan.

Sigrut Farms Int. Ltd ensures that Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) measures are adhered to and observed to the latter in order to ensure safe farming, maintenance of industrial hygiene, and compliance with regulations for occupational health and environmental protection.

For us to facilitate the integration of Environmental, Health, and Safety issues into our production activities, we have a well-developed Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management Plan by which it embraces the challenges necessary to proactively manage environmental, health, and safety issues and obligations in regard to agricultural production. Sigrut uses a proactive approach to address EHS issues.

The issues are identified through self-evaluation and monitoring of EHS regulations. Once issues are identified, plans are developed to address the issue in the most responsible manner. We endeavor to ensure sustainable production practices with regard to safe storage, use of chemicals, and proper disposal of hazardous waste materials.
